At NAIP, our US and Taiwan Patent Agents are supported by six operating departments who work together closely to provide clients with a comprehensive range of professional patent services.

Professional Patent Administration

NAIP's experienced administration teams handle application processing and communication with patent agents. Additionally, a NAIP Legal Research Division monitors ever-changing patent law regulations and policies in key countries, allowing NAIP and clients to make informed, up-to-date decisions for applications.

Expert Management Information Systems Team

The NAIP MIS group is dedicated to system development and data security. Established in 1999, before many companies even began to think about information systems, the MIS division undertook a project to build a company intranet and computerize application management. This foresight led to NAIP's Patent Application & Management (PAM) system, currently the most comprehensive and powerful application management system in the industry.

Top Engineering Talent

The NAIP Engineering division, comprising 1/3rd of the company, is staffed with the most outstanding minds in key technical fields from both Taiwan and around the world. NAIP recruits extensively from Taiwan's top three Universities and over half of engineers hold Master's Degrees. Yet, after joining NAIP, engineers must undergo another 2-3 years of specialized training to ensure they can provide professional, comprehensive patent engineering services, no matter the difficulty or complexity of the subject.
