Hague System - Recording of Information Relating to the Creator of an Industrial Design?
On July 1, 2026, amendments to the Regulations Under the Geneva Act (1999) of the Hague Agreement will enter into force, introducing the ability to record and update information about the creator of an industrial design in the International Register.
