Trademark Types

Trademark

A sign that can properly distinguish the source of an enterprise's products or services, such as "person's name, graphics, characters, numbers or their combinations", which are presented in a flat form, can be applied for as general trademarks.

3D mark

A sign formed by the shape of the product or the three-dimensional pattern of the product packaging container.

Sound mark

A type of non-image trademark. It is to apply for registration of a certain sound as a trademark, and use this sound to distinguish different products or services.

Collective mark

A sign registered in the name of union, association, or other group with legal personality indicates the goods/services provided by their members.

Certification mark

A sign serves to certify specific quality, precision, material, manufacture method, place of origin or other characteristics of goods/services of others.
